Refund Policy

DEPOSITS

Deposits are fully refunded for any order cancelled within 48 hours.  If an order is not cancelled with in 48 hours, deposits are refunded at 75%.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

A full refund will be provided to any client not completely satisfied with the finished product, only IF the client informs VCreations the same day of installation (excluding shipped gates).

For shipped gates, the client must inform VCreations within 48 hours of delivery, if not completely satisfied.  The client is responsible for any return shipping fees.  VCreations is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping (Shipping Insurance is available at time of purchase).  VCreations may assist the client with any insurance claims for damage incurred during shipping, but the client is responsible for initiating the claim.  VCreations will not accept return of any gate damaged from shipping.
